random!

a random post, since there's time to spare, though i've yet to start on my chem essay, which is the actual agenda this morning. woke before my alarm clock was supposed to ring at 5am (mother is gonna flip if she finds out); am having breakfast in front of the com now.

anw as this second sch term draws to an end, things are gradually reduced to a slackish state. (except phy mock SPA and lecture test on friday. yucks) not that anyone's complaining, certainly not me. it's a welcome change, considering the whirlwind madness of the past couple of months. this week there was council investiture, where i met up with dear xinling and sn pmb juniors. a bit nostalgic looking back on those days of rehearsals, walking down the hall in court shoes but yes we all have to move on. canoecanoecanoe. (:

then ytd, my fellow junior teammates finally decided to attend a proper day of lessons. life was rather aimless without trg at the start of the week. so there was this amusingly memorable scenario at the end of math lecture. mel, lihui and i excitedly caught up with each other (as usual) to make plans to support vball match. as we walked out of the LT together merrily, the cute & nice lecturer remarked in a mixture of mandarin and english, how come you and ur friends all look the same? the three of us stared at her blankly for a split second before she continued, you all look hei hei de! haha which basically means we stand out with our tanned complexions lahh. =D laughing, we replied, canoeists!

on the way to the vball match, the two self-obsessed girls got relatively high with my camera. upload photos soon. haha and it was indeed an intense intense fight during the finals against nyjc. good game from both schools undoubtedly. back to sch for land trg after that (cant believe no waters for four days!). haoxia joined us, had a pretty long talk till the sky turned dark, about 8pm, when we were the only ppl left at the high school track. but it was an enjoyable bonding session. (i hate to be reminded of the fact that there might be very very few such opportunities in the near future) haoxia prepped about tension arising from the gap between reality and expectaitions as well as shared many "facts of life". two more months = 8 more weeks.. ): each and every senior add so much vibrance to the team! cant imagine six juniors at the pull-up bar, doing warm-ups.. and we might not even occupy all the lanes at macritchie! alright for now, juuuuuusst train and make the most out of our time together. (:

gonna miss yimtong alot alot! have fun in NZ girl!

yayy today there's a potential eat fresh date with xin and ling! <3>
